  • Discuss the best strategy for selling

  • Meet with my Staging Team, Laurie, Raina & Tiffany from Engaging Staging

Meticulous preparation takes center stage to enhance a property’s appeal, pro-actively address any necessary repairs or improvements and strategically position your home in the market for a successful sale.


Prepare with the Best
My home support team is ready to make preparing your home’s interior and exterior as smooth as possible by helping you. From “editing” spaces to staging to custom video and photography to strategic pricing that will attract the right buyer, we capture all of your home’s best assets and together with your storyline, we craft compelling and take-action marketing.

  • Deep clean and schedule any needed repairs or deferred maintenance items.
  • Room by Room editing & staging with my team Laurie, Raina and Tiffany.
  • Professional photo and video shoot.

3. We Launch & We Market

Marketing is m a g i c when done correctly and in the right way. We pride ourselves on the ability to market to anyone, anywhere, at any price point. The key is the strategy in order to market to the RIGHT people, and it pays off!
I deploy tailored advertising and marketing for each home and the specific buyers for that home. Here are some examples of recent successful home marketing sales:

  • The “Coming Soon” initiative: marketing the property before it is live on the active public market. Important and key for exclusive access, sneak peaks and building anticipation and demand
  • Top Agent Network (TAN): marketing to the top 2% of agents who consistently have “pocket buyers” who are ready, willing and able to jump on the right house when it comes along
  • Location-based targeting to specific demographics who are actively looking online for a new home

These marketing approaches are designed to drive anticipation for your home, bring attention and showings which leads to increased, concentrated foot traffic and generate offers.

4. Offers & Closing

Property offers have many variables other than the offer price that can make one deal more appealing than the other. We will help you understand which offer best fits your situation. Then, we will ensure the sale goes through by overseeing the Inspection and Appraisal, coordinating with Key Players on both sides, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise.

My Offer Navigator will help you understand the fine print of the offers you receive through:

  • Additional negotiation.
  • Reviewing the terms of the buyer’s offer and confirming the buyers financials
  • Securing back-up offers.

I’ll ensure a strong finish in the sale process by:

  • Scheduling and ensuring inspections and disclosures are completed on time.
  • Scheduling an appraisal.
  • Removing contingencies.
  • Resolving any issues that may arise with buyer funding or hesitancies.
  • Scheduling a complimentary meeting with our Burnett Title Notary to sign and finalize the closing documents.
